About the Genome Suite

This application was created for the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center

The project started with a goal to help researchers interact with genomes and has expanded to include data analysis from high throughput samples. It is actively developed and maintained by the GLBRC IIT team as we work on new and improved methods for exploring these large data sets. This work was funded by the DOE Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (DOE BER Office of Science DE-FC02-07ER64494).
