Assemblies group together sequence entries. Sample data is assigned to one assembly.

Sequence represents Genomics chromosomes or contigs from a Transcriptome. Sequence can have many features such as Gene or CDS.

Features represent information about a given sequence location. This could be the location of a gene or a protein coding region.

Samples are containers to group, name and describe data uploads.

Uploads contain the raw data supplied in standard formats.

Groups are used to limit data access. To view a samples data, users must be a member of its group

Concordance sets store alias information for uploads that do not match the stored database IDs.
