Experiments and Statistical Tests Tutorial

GxSeq has an interface for exploring the results statistical analysis on expression data. These results are grouped under named experiments for easier navigation. Experiments are linked to quantitative expression data for further analysis.

Experiments

Experiments are listed on your dashboard and under the 'data' tab.

Viewing the experiment will display a list of statistical tests that have been loaded and associated samples. Click the link to 'table' to view the results of a particular statistical test.

Statistical Tests

Viewing a statistic test displays listing of genes and annotations with columns for fold change and p-value. This table can be sorted and filtered by the statistical results.
